- Play an active role in developing our Chinese and foreign institutional client base in mainland China and Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in the secondary market equities sales, and engage in new issue placement, IPO underwriting;
- Source and originate business opportunities on equity products;
- Ability to grasp institution and corporation clients for their appetites and communicate back to teams for solutions;
- Follow through the whole process from providing products and services to execution.
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Finance, Investment or related discipline(s);
- 3-10 years of relevant experience in equities, preferably with an established client base;
- Attained all regulatory criteria for carrying out licensed activities;
- Good communicator and have a broad vision of sales and distribution strategy and pitch flow;
- Tactful in handling clients' needs and thinking out of the box for solutions from multi-perspective;
- Organized and well planned with a strong desire for success;
- Good relationships with broker house for business development;
- Have persistent and patient attitudes in winning deals;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
