Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients to drive equity sales.
- Provide clients with market insights, research, and trading ideas.
- Collaborate with research analysts and traders to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Execute equity trades and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the team to enhance product offerings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in industry conferences and events to enhance the firm's visibility and network.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of equity markets and financial products.
- Proven track record in institutional equity sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.
