Assistant Administrative Officer

Responsibilities
•Provide administrative support to academic, research and outreach activities
•Maintain student records and prepare reports on programmes and student enrolments
•Provide secretarial support to committees and meetings
•Assist in preparation and translation of promotion and educational materials
•Assist in managing online systems, website and social media pages
•Perform other duties as assigned
Occasional work outside normal office hours may be required.
Requirements
•A bachelor’s degree in any discipline (fresh graduate will also be considered)
•A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
•A high level of competence in computer literacy
•Good interpersonal skills and team spirit with a strong sense of responsibility
•Strong desire to learn
Salary and Benefits
The commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits and mandatory provident fund. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract for one year with potential extension, expecting to start as soon as possible.
