Job Description

· Support the full spectrum of human resources services for the Group companies, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and all employee matters.

· Oversee payroll calculation, benefits administration, and recruitment and onboarding process.

· Work closely with line managers and employees, and provides HR advice and consultation.

· Assist with the development and implementation of human resource policies and performance evaluations.

· Handle internal and external audit issues, and ensures HR policies and procedures and legal requirements are adhered.

· Maintain updated personnel records and reports.

· Arrange company and staff activities, such as annual dinner and company outings.

· Responsible for overall administrative services, including office facilities management and maintenance, housekeeping, and office supplies procurement.

· Perform other ad hoc duties as required.


Qualifications

· Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.

· At least 2 years' of experience in human resources and administration function, preferrably from multinational companies.

· Meticulous, self-motivated, organized, able to meet tight deadlines with good planning and problem-solving skills.

· Outstanding interpersonal skills, can work both independently and in a team setting with members across different locations.

· Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

· Proficient in MS Office applications.
