We are seeking a HR Administrator, Recruitment to join our Asia Lateral Recruitment Team based in either Hong Kong or Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and efficient HR administrator to provide seamless administrative support to the Asia Recruitment Team for all Asia recruitment.

As a key member of the team you will be responsible for managing candidate and recruitment data, interview arrangements, on-boarding processes and other administration duties. You will liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment life cycle and benefit from working in an approachable team environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience working with various systems, and be an excellent and confident IT user Previous experience working in an administrative role Experience working with confidential information and/ or within HR or recruitment is desirable. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail, prioritisation, organisation, planning and scheduling skills Ability to build trust and confidence with stakeholders and be a team player with a client servicing mindset and can do approach to tasks. A track record of being proactive, resilient, and acting with integrity Ability to manage competing demands and deliver tasks to a high standard in a fast paced environment Interest in streamlining processes and coming up with efficiencies Strong English language skills and ideally Chinese/Bahasa language capability.
