Job Purpose

The Global HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting the HR function, providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee data, including updates, amendments, and terminations.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
