Job Purpose

Assist the Manager/ Director to provide all-round HR services, including recruitment, training & development, and compensation & benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Development
    • Partner with Department Heads and departmental training committee to coordinate and implement training programs.
    • Support training matters, including identification of training needs, facilitation, and evaluation of training programs.
    • Arrange cross-department learning sessions for all employees.
    • Prepare and implement the TMF Business Academy.
  • Recruitment
    • Implement intern and fresh graduate recruitment programs, including career talks and hiring.
    • Conduct the full cycle of onboarding, including orientation, office tour, and department introductory sessions.
  • Compensation and Benefits
    • Update HR systems for new and resigned staff.
    • Assist in managing compensation and benefits administration work.
    • Support and implement global, regional, and local C&B initiatives.
  • Employee Relations & Others
    • Participate in organizing corporate events and staff relations activities.
    • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate HR audits with internal and external auditors.
    • Prepare HR reports, including attrition rate and headcount reports.

Key Requirements

  • Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a sizeable organization and Human Resources field.
  • Hands-on experience in all-round human resources functions.
  • Experience in conducting international HR projects.
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Good PC skills, especially on MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-minded, energetic, hands-on, and pragmatic.
  • High level of ethics and confidentiality.
  • Action-oriented, pro-active, analytical, and organized.
  • A good team player and willing to take up ad-hoc and/or additional duties.
