We are looking for talents who share the same values as us and are passionate about joining as Merchandiser or Assistant Merchandiser - Ladies' High Fashion in a growing team. 

Here is what you need to know about this role:

Manage production & order follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery

Assist in the Product Development process to ensure products meet with customers’ quality and budget requirements

Price negotiation, sourcing suppliers to meet requirements and advance cost effectiveness

Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production

Understand customer needs and requirements, develop an effective sourcing strategy

Perform other duties as assigned by Management

You might be a good fit if you have …  

Diploma or above in Merchandising, Fashion or related field

2-3 years' relevant experience, preferably with manufacturing background and/or ladies’ high fashion in woven and knit preferred

Strong in production follow up and familiar with merchandising and product development process

Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties

Well organized individual with strong problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Literate in Microsoft office programs

Occasional travel is required
