Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our luxury retail division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual merchandising concepts that align with global guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement visual merchandising strategies for launches and store openings
  • Manage the development and local rollout of materials in accordance with global standards
  • Provide visual merchandising guidelines and planograms for launches and store opening events
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards
  • Organize merchandise stock and visual merchandising payment processing
  • Coordinate event venue setup and logistics
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the watch and jewellery industry
  • Creative problem-solving skills, independence, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders

Compensation: HK$20K - HK$30K per annum
