Institutional Sales, Equity, Institutional Sales and Trading Department Job Purpose Play an active role in developing our Chinese and foreign institutional client base in mainland China and Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities Participate actively in the secondary market equities sales, and engage in new issue placement, IPO underwriting. Source and originate business opportunities on equity products. Ability to grasp institution and corporation clients for their appetites and communicate back to teams for solutions. Follow through the whole process from providing products and services to execution. Requirements Degree holder or above in Finance, Investment or related discipline(s).3-10 years of relevant experience in equities, preferably with an established client base. Attained all regulatory criteria for carrying out licensed activities. Good communicator with a broad vision of sales and distribution strategy and pitch flow. Tactful in handling clients’ needs and thinking out of the box for solutions from multiple perspectives. Organized and well-planned with a strong desire for success. Good relationships with broker houses for business development. Persistent and patient attitude in winning deals. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).#J-18808-Ljbffr
