Senior Operations Manager

Job Description:You will play an important role in leading the team in the delivery of effective educational products and experiences to customers, from developing programs to ensuring execution and operation process management. You will be expected to promote the highest standards of business ethos and strategically ensure the most effective use of resources in growing the school’s business and pursuing long-term learning objectives.Job Responsibilities:Oversee the operations management and sales performance of the Company;Lead and inspire frontline staff and teams to give exceptional service and achieve sales goals;Plan and implement strategies to achieve long-term sustainable growth of the business in alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and values;Work closely with the head office on achieving annual revenue goals;Manage the administration, personnel, and operation of the Company;Maintain good customer relationships, leading the team in handling customer inquiries and offering customers/potential customers professional consultations on the company’s products and services to facilitate conversion to business;Manage the daily affairs of the Company to ensure smooth operation and administrative efficiency;Proactively assist in growing existing and finding business opportunities from the existing customer database;Perform any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above;Minimum 10 years of related operation management experience;Experience in the education industry is an advantage;Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders – parents, teachers, and school representatives to achieve sales goals and strengthen customer loyalty;Provide professional education consultation to customers;Run special programs and registration for conferences and competitions;Strong sales-driven and hunter mindset;Excellent multi-tasking, organizational and people management skills, sharp business acumen, and customer service orientation;Creative yet pragmatic problem-solver;Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua;May require working on weekends occasionally, especially for special events;Willing to travel with student delegations to the UK and the US or in the region for competitions and conferences.Seniority Level
