Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. CPA certification is preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations consulting/management, preferably in international financial institutions or crypto companies.Proven track record of managing external and internal stakeholders, overseeing audits, and leading operational projects to successful outcomes.Expertise in global financial regulations, policies, and procedures, with a focus on maintaining a strong internal control environment.Proficiency in data visualization tools and analytical skills to interpret data and drive informed decision-making processes.Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills, with a results-oriented approach to operational management.Strong understanding of crypto industry practices and technologies is a plus.About OSL
