The Langham, Hong Kong Located at the most fashionable address of Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, you will be part of a dynamic team to drive for maximizing the long-term growth of the Hotel by increasing hotel's revenue and delivering high standards in guest experience in alignment with the culture and values of Langham Hospitality Group. Responsibilities Perform lobby reception duties including hotel guests check in & check out, enquiries, and cashier; Greet VIP guests; Handle guest comments and complaints with tact in accordance to the hotel's policies and procedures; Promote hotel facilities including Health Club, Business Centre and F&B outlets; Follow up on amenities order on a daily basis; Qualifications Minimum 1 year working experience in hotel industry. Possess higher diploma or above of hospitality / hotel major. Independent & confident to work under pressure. Good interpersonal skills. Good team player with excellent communication skills; Additional language would be an advantage.*Fresh Graduates will also be considered.
