As a Club Ambassador, we rely on you to:Provide personalized guest services, secretarial, concierge services, and food & beverage servicesPerform check-ins and check-outsBe responsible for mail, information, and airline reservations / confirmationsWe are looking for someone who has:Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplineMinimum 1 year of experience in the Service Industry, preferably in Front Office or Airline OperationsSelf-motivated and well-organizedExcellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and PutonghuaAll information provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used only for recruitment purposes.
