From welcoming new colleagues to best-in-class leadership development programmes, employee potentials will be identified and nurtured throughout their career with the Group.We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong KongAs a Guest Relations Officer, we rely on you to:Understand guest preferences and provide quality servicesGreet all VIP guests and bid farewell, and provide a smooth and seamless check-in and check-out experienceHandle guests’ inquiries and actively collect feedback from guestsEnsure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to Hotel’s policies and proceduresWe are looking for someone who has:Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplinesMinimum 1 year experience in the Hotel or Service IndustrySelf-motivated and well-organizedOutgoing, customer-oriented and self-motivated individualStrong communication skills and interpersonal skillsExcellent command of spoken English and PutonghuaAll information provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used only for recruitment purposes.
