Responsibilities:Assist in answering general enquiries on film submissions;Sort and catalog all incoming publicity materials;Assist in proofreading and fact-checking editorial copy, and enter film content to website;Assist in the preparation of film subtitles;Coordinate the set-up of exhibitions during the HKIFF period when needed;Write and prepare social media posts on Q&A sessions during festival period;Assist in the implementation of other logistical needs as required;Perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or management.Requirements:University graduate or equivalent;At least 1 year relevant working experience;Experience of working in film industry, cultural events, trade show or exhibition will be an advantage;Excellent interpersonal, communication skills;Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua;Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint); andRequired to work overtime and irregular hours including full-day work on weekends and public holidays during certain periods.
