03/Feb/2025, 3:59:00 PMMajor Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:Performing general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management;Assisting in the preparation and processing of financial aid documents and reports;Providing administrative and operational support to the Financial Assistance Team;Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls;Performing any other duties as assigned.CandidatesCandidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:At least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics, preferably with a recognized degree;At least 2 years’ relevant post-qualification work experience;Willing to learn, hard working, independent, detail-minded & responsible;Good communication skills in English and Chinese;Proficiency in computer applications including MS Word and Excel.Terms and Conditions for AppointmentSuccessful candidate will be appointed on a temporary full-time contract.
