28/Feb/2025, 3:59:00 PMMajor Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:Providing daily frontline counter services;Performing general office administrative & clerical duties;Assigning ad-hoc office tasks as assigned.CandidatesCandidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:At least 5 subjects with Level 2 or above in HKDSE including English & Chinese languages, Mathematics or equivalent, preferably with a recognized degree;Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners; preference will be given to those with experience in student services in tertiary institutions;Willing to work on shift, including daytime and evenings on weekdays as well as weekends / public holidays;Good communication skills in English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua).Terms and Conditions for AppointmentSuccessful candidate will be appointed on a temporary full-time contract.
