01/Jan/2025, 3:59:00 PMMajor Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe appointees shall mainly assist the research team in a research project “Virtual Reality-based Driving Training System” (R7501). The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:Designing and developing VR-based training system using Unity;Assisting the Principal Investigator/supervisors to prepare experiments;Conducting other ad-hoc research activities as instructed by the Principal Investigator.Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:Holders of a Bachelor’s degree or above in Creative/Interactive Media, Computer Science, or any related disciplines will be considered;Intermediate knowledge and experience in Unity development and Unity C# programming is a must;Knowledge of research and developing machine learning based simulation / 3D reconstruction applications is a must;Fresh graduates are welcome, and candidates who have the intention to pursue a research postgraduate degree are preferable;Detail-oriented, hardworking, organized, responsible, self-motivated, able to meet deadlines and work independently;Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.Terms and Conditions for Appointment
