22/Jan/2025, 3:59:00 PMMajor Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe appointee will mainly assist the Project Leader in a project on Item Writing for the Enhancement of the Mathematics Papers of Learning Achievement Measurement Kit (LAMK) ( 40023 ). The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:Revising the mathematics items in the Learning Achievement Measurement Kit;Writing new mathematics items for students with special educational needs;Analyzing the types of questions in the new LAMK mathematics papers;Carrying out other mathematics activities as instructed by the project leader.CandidatesCandidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:Bachelor’s degree or above;At least 5 years experience in teaching primary mathematics;Preference will be given to those with experiences in teaching primary students with special educational needs;Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, attention to details, and a positive attitude;Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;Able to meet deadlines and work independently.Terms and Conditions for AppointmentSuccessful candidate will be appointed on a temporary part-time contract.
