27/Jan/2025, 3:59:00 PMMajor Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:Handling the day-to-day operations of the programmes/courses offered by the School (including answering of enquiries, programme admissions, teaching practicum support, liaison with internal and external parties, updating of webpages);Providing frontline services for students and visitors;Supporting committee work, daily activities and events of the School;Performing any other duties as assigned.

CandidatesCandidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:Have attained at least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE (or equivalent), including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics, preferably with a recognized bachelor’s degree;Good communication and interpersonal skills;Effective organization skills, able to attend to details, and capable of multi-tasking;Competency in computer skills (including WORD, EXCEL and Chinese word processing);Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);A strong sense of responsibility and motivation, and be able to work independently as well as in a team;Previous experience in Graphic Design will be beneficial;Preference will be given to those with experience in general administration/supporting services in educational settings.*Applicants should indicate the results of HKDSE (or equivalent qualifications) in their applications.Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a trade test.
