- Formulate and execute strategic account plan and marketing calendar with distributors for the assigned key accounts to drive sales and profitable growth with good instore execution excellence
- Maximise instore brand visibility, distribution, merchandising and planogram enhancement
- Responsible for assigned channel P&L, manage trade spend, evaluate promotion performance & effectiveness and ROI analysis
- Monitor sales, distribution, in-store activities including shelf presence, point-of-sales materials, etc
- Recommend sound business plans by analysing business performance and market information
skills & experiences required.- Degree holder with at least 3 years of key account management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with more experience may be considered as Key Account Manager
