We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support and keep our operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences with precision. Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for busy schedules. Handle expense reimbursements and invoice processing. Prepare polished PowerPoint presentations and meeting materials. Maintain accurate reports and update client information in our systems. Proofread translations in English and Simplified/Traditional Chinese. Assist in organizing client events, roadshows, and seminars. Support the Office Manager and provide backup assistance when needed. What We're Looking For Proven experience in administrative support; exposure to the financial industry is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing. Strong command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (spoken and written). Flexible, proactive team player who thrives under pressure. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking effectively. Pleasant, mature, and fast-learning with a positive attitude.
