About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Admin & HR Supervisor to join our team. This role focuses on internal control (J-SOX related work), supporting company-wide governance, financial reporting processes, and compliance activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening our internal control environment and supporting future executive development in this area Salary: HK$23,000 to $25,000 (salary negotiable, with higher consideration for candidates with J-SOX experience) Location: Lai Chi Kok Responsibilities Support internal control (J-SOX) activities: CLC & CLFC evaluationsReview and strengthen control environment, risk assessment, monitoring, and IT responseCoordinate annual internal control tasks and liaise with HQ Audit & Legal teams in JapaneseProvide administrative and HR support within the division Requirements 5+ years of relevant experience in admin, HR, internal control, auditing, or risk managementJapanese proficiency at JLPT N1 level (read, write, speak, listen) is essentialBasic English and Mandarin skills for cross-functional communicationDetail-oriented, resilient, and eager to learn with strong organizational awarenessInterest in internal control, auditing, or risk management; J-SOX experience a plus Benefits Double PayDiscretionary bonusAttendance allowanceTransportation allowanceMedical insurance We Offer Professional growth in internal control and complianceClear path to future executive opportunitiesBenefits (e.g., medical insurance, transport, bonus)? → Allowances (up to Supervisor level; not provided for Assistant Manager and above).
