Assistant HR & Admin Manager – Cyberlab Tech Services Company Limited We're hiring an all‑round Assistant HR & Admin Manager to be the backbone of our people and operations. This hands‑on role is suited to a versatile professional who thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment. You will build our HR framework from the ground up, manage administrative functions, and create a vibrant workplace that attracts top fintech talent. Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in our growth journey. Key Responsibilities Build and implement HR policies for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement tailored to a fintech startup. Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with fintech business goals, including talent acquisition, retention, and development. Manage visa applications for new employees and handle renewals as necessary. Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation strategies. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations while maintaining startup agility. Manage office operations, including vendor management, facilities setup, and procurement of supplies for a lean startup. Streamline administrative processes like expense tracking, scheduling, and record‑keeping to support a growing team. Support budget planning and cost optimization for HR and admin functions. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5 years or more of HR and admin experience, ideally in startups, fintech, or tech‑driven environments. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices. Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
