This is a high-visibility role designed as a fast-track development path for a future HR Manager. Key Responsibilities Core HR Operations & Advisory Partner with department heads to understand and define their hiring needs. Manage end-to-end recruitment, from drafting job ads to posting on major platforms. Oversee the employee lifecycle, including preparing contracts for new hires and leavers. Act as a key HR point of contact, providing advisory support to mainland Chinese leadership. Executive & Administrative Support Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team. Prepare and distribute internal company announcements, circulars, and documents. Attend management meetings, accurately record minutes, and track action items. HR Project Support (Training Provided) Assist the management team in the implementation of group-wide compensation and benefits reforms and optimization projects. Conduct market research and analysis on industry trends, competitor practices, and new HR initiatives. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of solid HR experience, preferably gained from a medium to large‑sized corporation. A strong ambition to advance into an HR Manager role within 1-2 years. Previous HR experience in Beverage, Food, or FMCG industries is a significant advantage. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluent Mandarin is essential to communicate effectively with mainland Chinese management. Good command of written and spoken English. A proactive, strategic thinker with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
