Senior HR Manager / Assistant General Manager – Human Resources We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Manager / Assistant General Manager – Human Resources to join our Group. In this full‑time role, you will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to understand the Company’s short‑ and long‑term business objectives. About the role: Formulate and facilitate all HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, manpower planning & organizational development according to the Company strategic goal and business plan Partner with senior business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop tailored solutions Participate in developing employees’ incentive scheme Provide expert legal HR advice and guidance to stakeholders on all labour law related matters Drive organizational change initiatives and continue to build a people‑centric business culture Analyze HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and people initiatives Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure consistency and alignment across the business Promote a positive, inclusive and high‑performing company culture Lead and participate in other ad‑hoc assignments Requirements: Minimum 10 years’ experience at a Senior HR Manager in listed company; ideally in the property developer industry and/or financial services field Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment law and HR best practices Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex people challenges A good team player and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin Degree in Human Resources or a related field would be an advantage Interested parties, please click “Apply Now” to submit your application including latest and expected salary and contact information.
