About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via email and live-chat channels.
  • Assess and resolve client issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Translate client products into Chinese, utilizing your language skills to ensure accurate and high-quality translations.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective solutions to client issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Chinese and English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of domains, SEO, and analytics is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely and full-time (at least 40 hours per week).
