About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at HKT. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and written inquiries from customers, providing timely and professional service, and resolving problems independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations and achieve satisfactory ratings
  • Conduct administrative tasks and provide customer service support, including data input and documentation
  • Contribute to UAT related to new projects, system enhancements, or production problem fixing
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or associate degree in any discipline
  • Passed IIQE Paper 1,3 (Paper 2 will be an advantage)
  • At least 2 years' working experience in customer services or the insurance industry
  • Fresh graduates with IIQE certificates will also be considered
