Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a clear vision and strategy for innovation and process improvement, ensuring strong leadership support and R&C alignment.
- Shape and execute a strategic plan for generative AI and innovation, driving strategic change and delivering initiatives that foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate leadership workshops and co-create an innovation 'book of work' across key locations, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Drive engagement, foster an agile mindset, and enable client-centric process improvements for one of the largest Global Functions.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in AI, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
- Engage with leaders across R&C to create a culture that embraces innovation, ensuring leaders are equipped with the necessary resources, guidance, and motivation to drive innovation initiatives.
- Run discoveries and co-creation workshops to define and prioritize Innovation and GenAI use cases that deliver results.
- Design and deliver UX and innovation frameworks as an iterative process, enabling continuous learning and adaptation across Risk and Compliance.
- Design and deliver compelling messaging and communication that mobilizes and inspires action to change.
- Represent the Innovation and GenAI team, engaging with Group AI/GAI Committees to ensure advocacy for responsible adoption of AI and adherence to standards, principles, and ethical AI.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of transformation and product management, with a focus on exposure to AI, machine learning, or data-driven technology projects.
- Knowledge of the external environment, including regulatory, political, and competitive factors.
- Proven ability to work across regions while maintaining a global perspective.
- Demonstration of commerciality with strong financial acumen.
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Well-versed in disciplines such as Service Design, UX, and/or Agile, with Six Sigma Certification highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Ethical/Responsible AI.
- Experience in building customer propositions and end-to-end customer-focused solution designs.
- Familiarity with value stream models and the ability to navigate organizational complexity.
