Our Global Client Services Department seeks a qualified individual to serve as the primary contact for our global and regional clients, addressing their daily inquiries related to our global custody, fund accounting, and administration services. The ideal candidate should possess a robust understanding of global securities markets and/or fund accounting experience, and will be required to collaborate with various BBH global offices and departments to ensure prompt inquiry support and issue resolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Client Service and Inquiry Management:

Exhibit a client-centric approach and provide meaningful support to clients. Proactively address client inquiries (including corporate actions, trade settlements, fund transfers, foreign exchange, and tax matters). Take full ownership of client requests, collaborating with internal departments to prioritize deliverables and facilitate issue resolution. Assist clients with new market openings, account maintenance, and system access setup. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of BBH's services, products, systems, and internal processes. Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and identify opportunities to enhance their overall experience and service quality.

2. Technology and Innovation:

Leverage relevant internal technology solutions to efficiently manage client inquiries. Introduce clients to new technologies, automation tools, and products.

3. Risk Management and Control:

Fulfill monthly client reporting obligations. Assist in maintaining and reporting on client service-related metrics. Coordinate and monitor the receipt of all client documentation (including tax, KYC, account information, and authorized signers) and assess exposure from missing documentation. Ensure timely escalation of issues and follow through on client concerns by collaborating with supervisors and client service managers.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, finance, or accounting). Minimum of 3 years of experience in fund accounting and/or global custody operations or client servicing within the financial industry. Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and capacity to perform under pressure in a business environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities. Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, recommend, and implement solutions. Ability to collaborate and contribute effectively in a global team environment. Willingness to provide coverage during public holidays. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
