About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate to join our Client Services Team within the Public Equities & Credit vertical. As an Associate, you will be responsible for driving relationships with our clients and industry experts to deliver exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs and identify relevant industry experts to support their research.
  • Deliver excellent client service by being a responsive, thoughtful, and proactive research partner.
  • Engage with industry experts through phone calls and professional correspondences to understand their suitability for client projects.
  • Negotiate and persuade experts to connect with our clients at short notice, while operating within our industry-leading compliance framework.
  • Monitor client research needs and develop strategies to support their long-term performance.

Development Opportunities

We are committed to helping our team members grow and develop throughout their careers. Our comprehensive onboarding program includes classroom-based and on-the-job learning to teach you the fundamentals of our business, client needs, and how to sell our value proposition.

You will also learn how to identify industry experts, develop your communication skills, and adapt your style to effectively engage with industry specialists and senior professionals.

After 4-6 months, you will have the opportunity to progress to our Client Engagement Learning Programme to take on client relationship building and project management responsibilities.

Requirements

We are looking for a Native or N1 Japanese Speaker with strong academic credentials and/or extensive experience in a client-facing role. You will need to be organized, have great attention to detail, and adhere to our compliance framework.

You will be responsible for building relationships with our Public Equity clients and industry experts across different industries and seniority levels, so you need to have great communication skills and be able to adapt your style effectively.

We are a fast-paced and results-oriented team, and we need people who are excited about delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.

Teamwork is essential, and you will be collaborating with colleagues locally and internationally when executing on projects.
