About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Client Service to join our Treasury Services team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients across APAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with internal teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and market intelligence to offer value-added services to clients.
  • Develop and implement service initiatives to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for service and process improvements, presenting findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Support multiple geographies and client accounts across APAC, as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7-10 years of relevant product/financial experience in banking or client service.
  • Fluent in business Cantonese/Mandarin, with written and conversational proficiency.
  • Foundation in transaction banking product knowledge, including FX, Payments, Trade Finance, and Cash Management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with consultancy or data analytics skills an added advantage.
