About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our credit card business, driving growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and implement acquisition strategies that drive profitable growth.
  • Promotion Programs: Plan, develop, and execute promotion programs, system enhancements, and business plans to achieve set goals and business performance targets.
  • Product Launch: Prepare product proposals for new product launches and revamps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Business Operations: Lead and manage business operations, including process rebate fulfillment, marketing plan definition, and customer complaint resolution.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to understand customer behaviors and provide recommendations for follow-up actions.
  • Sales Channel Management: Manage and work closely with different sales channels to ensure progression towards assigned business targets.
  • Innovation: Propose new card products and marketing campaigns to increase market penetration.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage program budgets to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Degree holder in Marketing or Business-related disciplines.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in marketing/product or customer management functions, preferably with credit card product experience.
  • Skill Set: Strong business acumen, excellent project management and problem-solving skills, hands-on skills in PowerPoint, strong presentation skills, customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Languages: Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English, competent in MS Office applications.
