Job Summary
This Associate Product Specialist role is based in Hong Kong and is part of the Asia Pacific equity investment team. The successful candidate will work closely with the investment team to serve as an internal and external advocate for the Asia Equity strategies managed on the platform.

Key responsibilities will include preparing and presenting materials for client events, writing and articulating portfolio commentaries, and disseminating product information to relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn about different investment styles, philosophies, and processes.

Responsibilities
Prepare and present materials for client events, ensuring consistency and accuracy of information. Write and articulate portfolio commentaries for regular client reporting and marketing material. Interact with portfolio managers and investment team members to ensure accurate delivery of investment-related messages in marketing materials.

Develop competitor analysis to identify key points of differentiation. Participate in regional product specialist team activities, representing fund managers at client and consultant meetings. Originate product information with a focus on the investment process, performance explanation, portfolio holdings, and illustration of investment case.

Requirements
2-5 years of experience in the investment/asset management industry. Understanding of investment markets and portfolio management theory. Institutional sales, product advisory, fund selection, or client service experience is also valuable.

Strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn about different investment styles, philosophies, and processes are necessary. Ability to build relationships with relevant stakeholders and teamwork skills are also essential.
