Job Description:

Candidate will serve as a key member of our sales team, responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the telecom industry.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in account management, with expertise in selling complex solutions to regional IT services and solutions providers.

The role requires a self-driven, energetic, and resourceful individual who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new and existing business opportunities through aggressive lead generation and pursuit
  2. Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and increase sales revenue
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategic account plans and execute sales strategies
  4. Negotiate with customers at senior management/director level to close deals
  5. Deliver formal customer presentations and write/present customized proposals

Requirements:

  • A degree or higher with at least 8 years relevant experience in account management in the Telco or system integrators industries
  • Strong sales track record in regional MPLS, Unified Communications, managed Video Conferencing, network optimization, managed security solutions, infrastructure integration, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
