Regional Sales Director

Candidate will serve as a key member of our sales team, responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the telecom industry.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in account management, with expertise in selling complex solutions to regional IT services and solutions providers.
The role requires a self-driven, energetic, and resourceful individual who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new and existing business opportunities through aggressive lead generation and pursuit
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and increase sales revenue
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategic account plans and execute sales strategies
- Negotiate with customers at senior management/director level to close deals
- Deliver formal customer presentations and write/present customized proposals
Requirements:
- A degree or higher with at least 8 years relevant experience in account management in the Telco or system integrators industries
- Strong sales track record in regional MPLS, Unified Communications, managed Video Conferencing, network optimization, managed security solutions, infrastructure integration, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
