Job Description:

The Inbound Logistics Lead will be responsible for managing daily freight operations, ensuring effective shipping order approval processes, and driving transportation lead time optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-time performance of assigned origins towards DCs
  • Ensure PO predictability and handle end-to-end process optimization
  • Drive transportation lead time optimization through carrier vessel schedule analysis and industry trend monitoring

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in logistics operations within a multinational company
  • University graduate in logistics management or related fields preferred
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Power BI, Tradestone, E2open, and GTNexus
