About the Role:
Axiom is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to support its growing legal talent acquisition needs. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the successful candidate will develop and implement effective strategies to meet the company's hiring requirements, driving the growth of Axiom's global presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment of lawyers, including screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
- Establish and maintain a network of potential candidates through direct sourcing, market research, and relationship management.
- Conduct negotiations with senior lawyers and General Counsel candidates.
- Develop strategic sourcing strategies to attract top legal talent to Axiom.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate correspondence and communication.
- Manage candidate profiles, track recruitment activity, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Evaluate client demand and assist in managing the lawyer hiring strategy to ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates.
- Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends and issues in the legal industry, providing insights to inform Axiom's recruitment strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Information Technology, to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a recruiting agency, staffing firm, or in-house for a company.
- Strong interviewing skills to assess candidate suitability efficiently and effectively, particularly in the legal profession.
- Ability to develop remote relationships with candidates and communicate effectively through various channels.
- Persuasive verbal and written communication skills to interact with highly experienced legal professionals.
- Ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, and adapt quickly to changes and challenges.
- Excellent systems skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Legal experience is beneficial, although not required.
- Must be legally able to work in Hong Kong.
