Your Role:


• Deliver outstanding support experiences to clients through various communication channels.


• Assess client needs, investigate any existing issues, and provide strategic solutions to effectively address their concerns while clarifying any misunderstandings.


• Ensure resolution on the first contact and maintain effective follow-up with service partners and internal teams to achieve case closure in line with our service standards.


• Offer constructive insights on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflow and enhance the client experience.


• Provide exceptional services to clients to guarantee the highest levels of satisfaction through appropriate procedures.

Who We Seek:


• Candidates should hold at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any discipline.


• Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.


• Strong time management skills and a drive to exceed expectations are essential.


• Ability to handle multiple tasks and utilize information provided by clients to customize responses and actions to meet specific requirements.


• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on effective listening and empathy towards clients, along with proficient phone etiquette (including pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation).


• Comfortable with technology and capable of navigating multiple systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.


• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and the language relevant to the supporting market.
