We are seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our regional clients to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with regional clients to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence business decisions.
- Work collaboratively with our global network of offices to deliver exceptional client experiences in each market.
- Develop and execute account strategies to maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Minimize churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts through proactive engagement and relationship-building.
- Utilize our sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecast.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our clients' needs are met.
- Meet or exceed quota targets through comprehensive account management and sales execution.
- Grow the profitability, revenues, and client satisfaction levels for our regional clients' portfolio.
- Drive client satisfaction throughout the entire buying process by taking ownership of commercial agreements.
- Generate demand by identifying and articulating client needs, and effectively communicating how NTT DATA can add value through services and solutions.
- Approach account management in a systematic way by identifying strategies to develop and grow accounts profitably.
- Conduct vulnerability analyses to ensure our clients' requirements are at the heart of proposed solutions.
- Positively influence and enable financial control, governance, and compliance in regions to prevent and reduce financial costs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client issues.
Requirements
- Seasoned experience in a similar role in a similar environment.
- Seasoned experience in sales and/or customer service roles.
- Seasoned sales and client engagement experience, coupled with a good understanding of business, sourcing, and technology markets.
- Seasoned experience negotiating with clients and vendors.
- Seasoned experience managing regional accounts and building relationships.
- Seasoned experience analyzing commercial information.
- Experience working with contact platforms.
