We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Agency Compensation & Benefits System Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing compensation & benefits system enhancement projects, delivering proper system solutions, and conducting regular market comparison reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage compensation & benefits system enhancement projects and enhance system logic (by gathering requirements and conducting user acceptance test throughout different stages of automation process) to ensure agency compensation & benefits operations are executed timely and accurately, simplify workflow and improve operational efficiency.
  • Deliver proper system solution to ensure agency compensation & benefits operations are executed timely and accurately and in compliance with Company's policy, statutory & regulatory requirements, contractual agreement, schedule and audit guideline. Deliver training & briefing session on system enhancement & changes and develop system user guide for relevant business users.
  • Deliver manual workaround solutions when system automation cannot be arranged.
  • Deliver MI reporting & analysis on compensation & benefits for relevant business users ease of use and understanding.
  • Conduct regular market comparison review of agency remuneration schemes and business rules. Participate in annual compensation review, conduct data analysis and back test.

Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • At least 6 years of experience in business analyst role which at least 3 years for agency related project. Agency compensation, Agency contracting, and Agency dashboard project experience is highly preferred
  • Strong Knowledge in agency structure and compensation
  • Result oriented, numerical sensitive with good analytical skill
  • Proficiency in compensation system
  • MS office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project
  • Experience of PowerBI report development with SQL Knowledge (preferred)
  • Experience using SharePoint, JIRA and Business Intelligence tools (preferred)
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
