Key Responsibilities
Direct and supervise the agency operations team to ensure optimal performance in sales support and administrative functions.Manage and execute projects related to sales support and office administration, ensuring thorough planning, stakeholder communication, and successful project delivery.Act as a liaison between sales and back-office departments, facilitating coordination and support for company-wide initiatives.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and develop new workflows that align with business objectives, while continually optimizing existing operations.Oversee departmental budgeting and expenses, ensuring compliance with internal controls, audits, and risk management protocols.
Your Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years of experience in the finance or insurance industry.Demonstrated expertise in sales support and operational management, coupled with strong business acumen.Proven experience in leading and managing teams effectively.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin.Strong project management capabilities.
