Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or Communications; FLMI certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance sector with a solid grasp of tied agency operations.
- Background in training and development within tied agencies is advantageous.
- Strong team player, adaptable to challenges and capable of working under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in writing, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is a bonus.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
Responsibilities
- Drive recruitment campaigns and initiatives through various communication platforms, including district meetings and agency newsletters.
- Organize and facilitate recruitment seminars to bolster agency recruitment efforts.
- Plan and conduct skills-building workshops and regular recruitment training sessions for agency personnel.
- Create and prepare content for the Company’s newsletter and other communication channels regarding recruitment initiatives.
- Develop and maintain recruitment materials and tools, ensuring they are up-to-date.
- Assist in all company recruitment efforts to meet manpower growth targets.
- Provide support for special projects or events as needed, collaborating with team members.
