We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead and manage our agency operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering quality sales support and administration services to our agency and CDO office, ensuring the team's efficiency and quality of work, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage projects related to sales support, administration, and office premises from end-to-end, including project planning, management approval, communication to stakeholders, and successful implementation in a quality and professional manner.
- Serve as the middle office between sales and back office departments to provide coordination and support for company-wide initiatives and projects.
- Streamline existing processes and devise new workflows to support business needs and initiate workflow optimization for existing workflows from time to time, including but not limited to improving the service and support quality and operation efficiency.
- Manage department budget and expense, and fulfill internal control actions, including but not limited to compliance, audit, and risk functions.
- 8+ years of experience working in the finance/insurance sector.
- Relevant experience in sales support and/or operations and with business acumen.
- Proven track record in team management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese and Mandarin.
- Excellent project management skills.
