Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of product launch and revitalization initiatives, as well as promotional campaigns, which include:
- Contributing to the creation of marketing materials such as product brochures, leaflets, videos, sales tools for agents, website content, and promotional flyers.
- Review marketing materials to ensure precision and correctness.
- Upload marketing materials to various internal online platforms and agent-specific applications.
- Support the team in crafting engaging PowerPoint presentations, incorporating animations and visual effects for both internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate closely with creative agencies to ensure all materials comply with brand standards, are visually appealing, and free of errors.
- Assist in financial planning and payment processing.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally in advertising, digital marketing, or similar sectors.
- Exceptional communication and writing abilities in English, as well as traditional and simplified Chinese.
- Proficient in utilizing AI tools for research and content generation.
- Strong skills in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude, eager to take initiative and acquire new skills.
