Responsibilities:
- Develop product strategy by collaborating with the Product Support team, internal/external partners, and carrier sales team.
- Identify product feature requirements based on market analysis, competitive strategies, and retailer business needs.
- Analyze product performance and share insights with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain the New Product Development launch calendar and road map for the iConnect product portfolio.
- Support product marketing initiatives and prepare marketing content.
- Manage a detailed Work In Progress document.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Telecom & Global Carriers.
- Experience within telecom operators is preferred.
- Familiarity with carrier data and connectivity products.
- Strong teamwork spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
