Main Responsibilities:

As a Product Specialist at Fubon Bank, you will be responsible for assisting the team head in achieving assigned KPIs on new customers, new personal loan bookings, and receivables. You will also develop, coordinate, and execute marketing programs to ensure smooth operation and timely roll-out of programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team head to achieve assigned KPIs on new customers, new personal loan bookings, and receivables
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing programs to ensure smooth operation and timely roll-out of programs
  • Support sales channel to achieve sales target
  • Conduct post-program evaluation and analysis to identify key learning
  • Monitor and control marketing expenses to ensure programs launched within assigned budget
  • Ensure full compliance to relevant regulatory requirements and develop timely action plan if required

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a university graduate degree or above, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines. You will also need to have minimum 5 years' marketing experience in the credit card/personal loan industry. Strong marketing sense, good project management skill, and attention to details are essential. Strong self-motivation, creativity, and ability to work under pressure are also required. Familiarity with relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements is necessary. Good communication and people management skills are also essential. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required. Good PC knowledge is also necessary.
