About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Product Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities and technological advancements in the medical industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell our products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
  • Organize and execute sales presentations to medical groups and healthcare facilities, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring they have the latest information on our products and services.
  • Stay informed about the activities of healthcare professionals and institutions in their area, monitoring competitor activity and competitor products.
  • Develop product strategies to increase our market share in their territory, working closely with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings, creating reports for submission to our management team.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest clinical data and research, discussing these findings with healthcare professionals during presentations.
  • Work with our team to plan, coordinate, and implement marketing strategies, leveraging our full value chain capabilities to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong science background and a particular emphasis on understanding and communicating technical details.
  • Experience in selling Ophthalmology, dermatology, or Oncology products, with a good track record in sales performance and a strong salesmanship.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to engage various specialties relevant to our organization.
  • Deep understanding of the medical industry, market trends, and technologies, with strong analytical and research skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required, with a strong ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
