About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Product Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of new health protection products, as well as sales campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of new health protection products, including product design, customer and distribution supports.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on project schedule and timely delivery of required tasks and deliverables.
- Participate in discussions or focus groups that help to formulate product design, customer and distribution supports.
- Conduct market intelligence, product comparison and analysis that help to identify business opportunities and issues.
- Prepare and review product-related or campaign-related materials.
- Prepare and review user requirement and coordinate fulfillment for sales campaigns.
- Handle product enquiries from field forces.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.
