About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Product Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of new health protection products, as well as sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of new health protection products, including product design, customer and distribution support.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on project schedules and timely delivery of required tasks and deliverables.
  • Participate in discussions and focus groups to formulate product design, customer and distribution support.
  • Conduct market intelligence, product comparison and analysis to identify business opportunities and issues.
  • Prepare and review product-related and campaign-related materials.
  • Prepare and review user requirements and coordinate fulfillment for sales campaigns.
  • Handle product inquiries from field forces.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.
